Workhorse 7.2 Engine Video Now Posted On Axial Vector Website

September 25, 2006

Portland, Oregon, September 25, 2006—Axial Vector™ Engine Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: AXVC) announced today that the company has posted a video clip on its website www.axialvectorengine.com taken during the initial firing of the revolutionary "Axial Vector (AVEC) Workhorse 7.2" engine.

The AVEC Workhorse 7.2 engine was run on Thursday Sept 14th and produced power running on diesel fuel for the first time at a well known and highly respected third party Detroit automotive engineering firm. The running of the engine is viewed as a very significant and important event. This is the first time that a diesel engine with such a power transmission design utilizing a sinusoidal cam has been fired-up and produced power.

Dr. Raymond Brouzes, President and CEO of Axial Vector™ Engine Corporation stated, "We are extremely pleased to show the public the first video file of our engine running with more clips to come as we continue to validate our designs. We are now ready to embark on the completion of our first commercial licensees and Joint Venture agreements."

The unique operating design of this engine produces 352 HP and 1,160 ft-lbs of torque. It is a true multi-fuel engine capable of running on diesel, JP5 and JP8 military fuels, kerosene, bio-diesels, ethanol or blends of these fuels. A special conversion kit is available for combustion of natural gas or propane.

A special testing and validation program has been initiated to statistically confirm the engine design of 40,000-hour mean run time between major service overhauls. Such a lengthy mean time between major service will place it amongst the longest-lived engines on the market. Capable of spinning the Axial Vector Generators in the AVEC GENSET for electrical power production and for electric wheel motor propulsion applications, AVEC believes its engine will soon become a primary standard to which other engine performances are compared.

AVEC plans to feature the 200 kW Axial Vector™ GENSET, which combines the engine, generator and electronic control systems at the International Power Gen Show in Orlando, Florida in late November 2006.

About Axial Vector™ Engine Corporation
Axial Vector™ Engine Corporation is a publicly traded company that owns, develops and licenses proprietary intellectual property regarding unique internal combustion engine and generator technologies. We are applying these technologies to develop an exciting, new, smaller and lighter internal combustion engine that produces significantly greater horsepower and three times more torque on less fuel than conventional engines of similar size. The internal combustion engine as we know it today may never comply with mandated pollution standards and meet the strong demand for cleaner and far greater fuel-efficiency engines. We see the Axial Vector™ as the engine design that will comfortably meet these challenges, and more.

Key entry markets for the Axial Vector™ Engine include a number of specific military and industrial applications. Additionally, we are developing a family of Axial Flux electric power generators that shall operate in a fully integrated fashion with our unique Axial Vector™ Engine technology. The resulting GENSET will consume less fuel per unit of electrical power output (kWh) and are considerably smaller than any known internal combustion engine generators.
