PATENTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Axial Vector Energy Corporation is excited about the enormous potential of our revolutionary engine and generator technologies, and our patent attorneys have filed several patents for the purpose of safeguarding this important proprietary information and intellectual property.
AVEC has ten patents that have either been filed or are in the process of being filed, and certain design patents have been registered in jurisdictions outside of the United States. The company holds two issued patents and has various patent applications pending which cover one or more aspects of the current version of the axial vector engine or predecessor models.
We also currently have trademark applications pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Canadian Intellectual Property Office for protection of the mark "AV" and "AVE."
